About Nrityasadhana Academy
Our Philosophy
"Nritya Sadhana" is a term from Indian classical dance that can be translated to "Dance Practice". It is a lifelong journey of continuous learning, discipline, and dedication for those pursuing classical dance forms like Bharatnatyam.
Our Founder
From the graceful movements of a Bharatnatyam dancer to the joy of teaching and choreographing, my heart beats to the rhythm of dance. With over 12 years of professional training, I've been on an incredible journey exploring the depths of this magnificent art form. Dance, for me, is a powerful medium for self-expression. It allows us to dive into the depths of our emotions, culture, heritage and stories. Let's dance through life, one step at a time, and unravel the stories.
